However, the true masters of runes are the Dwarves, or Duarwads, in their tongue. The Dwarves are the ruling classes of Seorheim, ruled by a council of six hold-clans(The Clans ruling each of six major holds), with witches and demons serving them as ‘surface laborers’, scouts, and work those more ‘temporal’. [WH40K Fanlore] Cult of the Belled Crown
[Inspiration: Massive Monster’s Cult of The Lamb, Grogar from Hasbro’s My Little Pony Franchise, and Book of Revelation’s False Prophet/Beast of the Earth] Descended from the Colchis-rooted cultists, majority of the neglected waste-feudal world; Tarmbileus, were bonded to chaos influences somehow. Despite being under Imperium's rules, they worshipped 'aspects of the Emperor' in the four different ways. Those four aspects were 'Grand Warlord', 'Giver of Eternity', 'The Sage-King', and 'Father of Muses', which each 'sect' of deviated Imperial Cults were formally ruled by the Four Bishops. They had been known as 'Bishops of the Original Faith', which each of them worked under Imperium's name while being checked every few Terran Decades. Situations had went usual, until there was a prophecy from the local possessed Astropath of Tzeentch(or Chaos Undivided, or even the unaligned warp itself) that there shall be the prophet who shall revive Lorgar's legacy, and eventually formed his own
